  1. I'm not sure where to put this, but an Implementation WG is being formed by the GNSO on the IRTP-D report - which I have joined.  One of the first comments made (even before the first meeting) is that this group needs to review all of the IRTP recommendations (or at least IRTP-C) to ensure consistency with all of the final reports
