Report to the ALAC Meeting July 28th 2015
The most recent meeting of the At-Large Ad-Hoc ICANN Accessibility Working Group, was held in Buenos Aires on 2015-06-21. It was a public and extremely well attended gathering which attracted a broad representation from most parts of the ICANN Community ( <some details from Meeting records on attendance should be inserted here>). A primary Agenda item (the full Accessibility Buenos Aires 2015 meeting page and Agenda - is HERE) was the review and discussion of the recently completed ACCESSIBILITY WG SURVEY FINAL RESULTS - shown HERE an additional matter discussed and generally agreed upon was that at this stage the WG could benefit from a refocusing of its 'housing' froman At-Large Ad-Hoc WG to a expertise and interest group of a more 'Cross Community' nature, as the issues and work programs being undertaken are of a clear ICANN wide focus and benefit, as well as to reflect the wider ICANN wide Community engagement that is being generated in our meetings and activities... To this end a new wiki workspace is being developed to facilitate this evolution of the WG, under the title / tab => Accessibility Cross-Community Committee, and will be published shortly.

Report to the ALAC Meeting December 2014
The Task Force has held recent meetings on 24 November 2014 and 15 December 2014
The next meeting dates are confirmed as follows in Early 2015
- Monday 5th January – general meeting
- Monday 26th January – captioning focused meeting with the TTF representatives to be invited to attend.
- February Face to Face during the Singapore Meeting (date and time TBC)
November 2014
The Task Force met face-to-face during the ICANN LA Meeting

The Task Force held its last meeting on November 24th 2014-11-24 At-Large Ad-Hoc Accessibility Working Group Call primary activity in both of these calls has been the ongoing review and development of both SWOT and SMART analysis of the TF's primary objectives and aims. see ICANN51 Los Angeles Work
Note also the Task Force will be holding regular meetings from now on every 3 weeks.
September 2014.
The Task Force met on August 20 meeting page is here Aug 20-14... and some members also met on the 8th September 2014 in a joint meeting with the At-Large Technology Taskforce: (focussed on AC Caption testing)
In addition several Members were involved in Workshops and Activities with the Dynamic Coalition on Accessibility and Disability at the 2014 IGF held in Istanbul where amongst other things a Guidelines for Meetings document "IGF 2014 DCAD Accessibility Guidelines - Final V5.docx" was released.
We will be meeting F2F in LA at ICANN 51 <insert details and link to meeting page> and a doodle should be going out to arrange a pre ICANN Meeting teleconference if possible at end Sept or 1st week in October.
