Description
Thanks to the interest of a number of community members, this working group is looking at the entire scope of the RAA (Registrar Accreditation Agreement), and recommend concrete steps that should be taken to the larger At-Large community.
We hope you volunteer to join the debate!

Notes from the 16 October meeting;
The earlier joint GNSO/ALAC RAA ended with the release of its final report of 18 October 2010
This group is an ALAC Working Group
ALAC/RALO members should confirm whether they wish to contine as a member of this group.
For non ALAC/RALO members, they should be taken off the mailing list - but asked if they want to be put on the mailing list for this group.
The immediate task of this group focusses on the issues around clause 3.7.8 of the RAA. Related issues are both the enforceability of the RAA and the opacity of the current RAA negotiations between registrars and ICANN.
Cintra - and other volunteers with review the final report of the RAA Report of 2010, plus material updating the RAA negotiations to identify issues that are outstanding, and, while identified in that report, are not the subject of the negotiations (as far as we can know)
The relationship between this group and the WHOIS group is that the WHOIS requirements and related issues will be handled by that working group. Other RAA issues, immediate or long term, will be addressed by this group. The chairs of the working groups will confer in cases of any overlap to identify where the issues should be discussed.
