  1. Based on previous meeting my comments are:

    1. It seems access to venue is difficult for last minute guest (outreach & engagement to academia), thus staff will have to visit designated institution.
      1. Could it be possible to setup a preregistration page with info on:
        1. institution of origin
        2. Name
        3. Student or faculty
        4. email and/or phone
      2. This page would have some info on the proposed agenda and guest speaker/s.
    2. If there is a cutoff date for guest to assist to meeting at venue for outreach & engagement:
      1. Setup a page with same info collect as in previous suggestion # 1 to meet security issues (as mentioned in previous call). Include info on Security Requirements for Venue visit.
    3. If there is a "Newcomer track" could part of it be dedicated to "academia sector" and have the group in suggestion # 2, be included in the activities?
