(29/05/14): For ICANN 50, there will be some potential interim solutions for tracking attendance which will help with the final ROI report. Please see transcript for more details.[Chat]  [Recording]  [Transcript Page 32-33] [Reference Meeting Page

(22/05/14): We are waiting, and I’m hoping that it will be next week that we’ll get some feedback from IT staff working with Carlos on a couple of matters.   We continue to find best mechanisms, to really collect more data sets, to make a return on investment reporting more efficiently[Chat]  [Recording]  [Transcript PAg #25] [Reference Meeting Page

(15/05/14): Following up from request(s) for base line data reported at our last call Cheryl Langdon-Orr and relevant At-Large Staff to further clarify what is required when it is required and how it can be collected - Ongoing AI progress is satisfactory and tracking to meet planned milestones. Carlos Reyes is also following up on some specific data collection options for use at the London Meeting, with ICANN IT staff, this will effect the ability to have ATLAS II participants manage the attendance recording at key ATLAS II activities individually progress on this will be reported upon shortly.

(02/05/14): Requests for basic but essential pre London Meeting data points and information have been sent to Staff and ALAC Chair, next steps will flow receipt of this information for use as both baseline and for early reporting. [Chat] [Transcript - Pg. 15] [Reference Meeting Page]

(17/04/14): No further update on Action Item 24 since the Singapore meeting [Chat] [Transcript - Pg. 26] [Reference Meeting Page]

(26/03/14 @ Singapore): This item was not discussed during the Singapore meeting.

(17/03/14): The ROI team will be preparing definitions and possible key measures between Singapore and London, and specifically setting up some value based calculation options once exact funds commitments details are known closer to the date of ATLASII the lions share of ROI analysis and reporting will occur post London meeting not actually before... I am loathed to pre load too many assumptions OR make claims on what the ROI outcomes will be (other that the generalities already stated in the proposal materials + some minor embellishments that are 'no brainers') to far on advancement of actual expenditure values and 'counts' re participants and their activities during London and perhaps most importantly leading up to and short and medium term after the event... [Chat] [Transcript - Pg.27-29] [Reference Meeting Page]

(06/03/14): No status report presented  [Reference Meeting Page]
