- The new Chair of the SMWG after the AGM (date to be set) when new leadership is usually handled. John Laprise/ Evin Erdogduto send out a call for interest over the email list. First seeking a Vice-Chair, then to transition into the full role of Chair after the AGM (Ejikeme recommended having a Vice-Chair, someone to mentor before the transition).

- Evin Erdogdu to reach out to Ajay Data regarding potential booth during ICANN66 (follow up with Glenn McKnight first - Glenn is offering a table during lunch at NASIG for Ajay or the North American Ambassors, same as what Don did in Kobe). The ICANN booth will be available for At-Large outreach during ICANN66 (coffee/lunch)
- Heidi Ullrich to organize into first At-Large meeting during ICANN66 for John Laprise to discuss/promote ATLAS III Communications and Message Points on Monday, and announce ICANN66 Breakfast Tweet Up on Tuesday.
- Gisella Gruber / Yesim Nazlar At-Large Summit III Home to be updated with schedule, etc.
- Evin Erdogdu to create ATLAS III page on the At-Large website.
- John Laprise to send to email list the matter of SMWG ALS Survey. See AI: Dev Anand Teelucksingh requested an ALS Survey for member activity on social media. Dev to coordinate with John on replicating ALS Survey results back in 2010:
