On the At-Large Social Media WG 2015.08.05 call, we looked at the performance of the ICANN At-large Social Media accounts during the ICANN53 BA meeting, discussed how we can manage photos taken during the event for use during and after an ICANN F2F meeting (using Dropbox to submit photos to an At-Large Dropbox account appears to work. We also began to discuss the social media strategy for ICANN54.
June/July 2015
During the ICANN 53, members of the At-Large Social Media Working Group used Buffer to colloborate on tweets shared throughout the meeting. Many photos were taken and also shared throughout the meeting.
The next call will be in early August 2015 to look back on the experiences from ICANN53 and how to capture photos from multiple photographers at the meeting for use during the meeting and for maintaining an archive for future use. Also planning for ICANN 54

On the At-Large Social Media WG 2015.05.21 call, we demoed Buffer, a tool for teams to collaborate on social media content that could be used for ICANN 53. Also discussed the need to get more LACRALO persons to help with content curation during ICANN 53 meeting ; also evaluating use of Flickr to have a repository of images for sharing during the ICANN 53 meeting and afterwards ;
