OFB-WG Recommendation Prioritization Sub-Group
- Focus of sub-group is to note the priority each recommendation based on the end-user interest.
- Members of the sub-group who are not members of the OFB-WG are to be encouraged to report back to the OFB-WG.
- Holly Raiche and Maureen Hilyard and Heidi Ullrich to discuss the details of the invitation to the non-members of to th sub-group
- Maureen Hilyard to reach out to the members to invite the non-OFB-WG members to join the short-term sub-group which builds on the ICANN69 Recommendation Thresher session.
- WS2 is first to be discussed as it is currently being implemented with the first session being a small 90 min brainstorm session. The WS2 group will report back to the OFB-WG.
- Yesim Nazlar to schedule a 90 min call of the WS2 Prioritisation Small Team the week of 7 December (ensuring that it does not conflict with the TTF/Community call on FY22 ABRs.)
- No mailing list for sub-group to be created.
- Yesim Nazlar to schedule a call of the OFB-WG the week of the 15th including inviting Finance staff to discuss the FY22 budget.
- Heidi Ullrich to draft agenda for the OFB-WG call the week of the 15th to include feedback from the WS2 Prioritisation Small Team and an introduction to the FY22 budget from Finance staff with a brief item on the FY22 ABRs.
