  Glenn McKnight-NARALO: (13:25) I think you should just get your feet wet ,  just use it and it comes more natural in use.  Remember you can create threads  rather the onslaught of erronous information ie. happy birthdays, happy religious greetings,  etc  etc.   Sharing of information going to the various threads is a powerful tool
