  • Number of ICANN Learn Courses to be developed: 1) Policy engagement and penholder skills; 2) Outreach leadership. Will coordinate with the SC on O/E. 
  • The CBWG to form a small team to advance the PD/penholder ICANN Learn course. 
  • ICANN Learn courses will need captioning as well as be in EN/ES/FR (either dual language slides or interpreted). 
  • Heidi Ullrich to invite Betsy Andrews to the next CBWG. 
  • Joanna Kulesza and @Alfredo Calderon to compile topics for Hot Topic Capacity Building Webinars. 
  • CBWG to create a new copy of onboarding materials for possible editors.
  • Joanna Kulesza and Heidi Ullrich to speak to ICANN Communications and/or Legal on copyright of ICANN Comms resources. 
  • CBWG to discuss timing of next call on the CBWG list.
