Roberto:Suppose we have an AP event in Tokyo or Singapore or Sydney, it is not efficient for ICANN to send an Armenian representative to the Pacific but not in Germany

Roberto:The question is not just about setting the borders, but also to apply flexibility
Siranush Vardanyan:it is more than 2000 USD only for ticket from Yerevan to Singapore and about 500Euro for Germany:) just an example
