Maureen Hilyard: definitely consensus and proxy were issues that involved major discussion in the ALAC ROP review

Maureen Hilyard: that's true.. it includes Pacific Islands now

Siranush Vardanyan: my history with EURALO Secretariat selections were not good, so in APRALO case appointment and the possibility of being changed according to the leadership position may be the better choice
