Charter - template to be created by Sub Team with reference to some sample templates of other ICANN 'Charters'to be linked from meeting page here https://community.icann.org/display/APRALO/APRALO+ROP+Sub-Team+meeting+2013-10-08 (note this is already done though I would appreciate if staff could find any ALAC Charters to add)
2. Staff to find the pre -March 2009 version of our Operational Procedure. Copy of the MEMS with ICANN needs to be linked as well.
3. SV to ask Heidi to see if we can search the earlier meetings (Bali) which went to ICANN legal (check if there are records).
4. Julia Chavrolen to link the Sub Team to the main APRALO ROP WIKI. (done)
