2nd Task: selection of people from At-Large to sit on an ICANN-wide committee on accountability (Start: August 2014)
- The ALAC has tasked this sub-committee with the selection of any members for ICANN-wide working groups, should this be required
- Slow start to the process // unknown number of candidates needed as of 24 August 2014
- In the meantime, there has been a call on the SC list that if any of its members will apply for these potential positions, they step down from the selection committee. This process is complete. (24 August 2014)
- Next tasks: re-populate vacant seats; the committee is ready operationally & will await the green light from the ICANN-wide process to launch a call for expressions of interest
