Adobe Connect 

ICANN and the At-Large community primarily uses the Adobe Connect solution (http://www.adobe.com/products/adobeconnect.html) to do its web conferencing. Using this tool effectively is important to anyone wanting to participate in At-Large Working Groups and your Regional At-Large Organisations (RALO) conference calls.

LUCID Meetings

The TTF has held several meetings with LucidMeetings  (http://www.lucidmeetings.com/), a cloud based conferencing solution, since its use was being used internally at ICANN. The TTF uses LUCID for its WG calls.

 

Other web conferencing solutions

Several TTF members has mentioned other tools for consideration for use by At-Large Structures and/or for use by At-Large WGs. Several of these are being evaluated. See Comparison of webconferencing solutions page.

Suggestions included:

• BlueJeans (http://bluejeans.com/)
• BigBlueButton (Suggested by Gordon Chillcott) http://www.bigbluebutton.org/) is a open source server with many similiar features to Adobe Connect.
• ReadyTalk (http://www.readytalk.com/) (suggested by Glenn McKnight)
