TT:On social media platforms to use: mobile or therwise we need to be strategic in identifyng which would be most useful for our objectives. IMO Twitter, LinkedIn, Youtube useful facebook possibly but merges personal with professional.

TT:re: Baku. it was indeed a picture rep of when Internet exists but works intermittently for just a few. but it is a true picture of what most of those - at large that we want to engage live with.
