Outsourced DNS services are becoming more popular. (Cloudflare etc). The main issue with DNSSEC may be with reseller transfers where resellers (rather than registrars) are dealing with the DNS and the transfers. The reseller market in the gTLDs is around 23% or so.

1. The draft project plan has been released, and the current version shows completion of the EPDP in the first quarter of 2023. However, the basis for the plan will be discussed in the meeting tomorrow, and the dates may shift.

2. After the project plan is finalized, we will be doing deep dive into the first set of charter questions, which is
"Consistent definition and technical utilization of RZ-LGR"

@Leon, we covered this a little during the last meeting but there's a possibility that the board should NOT treat every statement equally. At some point, the interests of non-registrant end users, who represent the LARGE MAJORITY, should be weighed appropriately.
