I've been deeply engaged in the process of establishment of the national Armenian IGF (ArmIGF) and contribute towards ensuring its multistakeholder and open process. Since its launch in 2015, ArmIGF held 4 successful meetings and preparing for the 5th one in October 2019.

Alongside with the Armenian IGF, I'm an active participant of other national IGFs in the region of Eastern Europe, such as Georgian, Belarus, Ukrainian IGFs and I'm also engaged with the regional IGF, namely with SEEDIG (South Eastern European Dialogue on Internet Governance), serving as a member of Executive Committee since its establishment in 2015. My last regional IGF participation was at the Central Asian IGF held in Tashkent, Uzbekistan on 14-17 May 2019. I was invited to speak about APRALO at the Academic Engagement Day in the Westminster International University in Tashkent.

Since 2017 I am a UN appointee MAG member for the global IGF representing the civil society stakeholder and serving in this role for my second year.

I was the initiator of establishing the Armenian School of Internet Governance (ArmSIG) by ISOC Armenia in 2017 and the first 2 editions of 5-day and 5-months free courses were dedicated to students from Universities across Armenia. I plan to organize a joint SIG for the Eastern Partnership 6 countries in 2019.

Working for .am ccTLD Registry and ․հայ IDN ccTLD Registry, I’m also involved in various aspects of Domain Name registration and its policy making process. 

I'm a Board Member of .am TLD and the Board Chair for the ISOC Armenia Chapter and the Chapter Advisory Council (ChAC) delegate in the Internet Society.

Since 2019 I am a Board Member of DotAsia being nominated on behalf of the .am TLD.
