Description
This Working Group will be used by the At-Large to coordinate and manage its efforts related to ICANN's Community Regional Outreach Pilot Program (CROPP) in which each of the 5 RALOs can apply for funding up to 5 "regional" outreach trips (up to three days, two nights) within a fiscal year (FY).
CROPP was available in FY 2014 introduced by ICANN for regional outreach trips for a period in FY 2014 and the CROPP FY 2015
ICANN has a Community Regional Outreach Pilot Program (CROPP) in which each of the 5 RALOs can apply for funding up to 5 "regional" outreach trips (up to three days, two nights) before the end of June 30 2015.
If there are any requests for travel to events for outreach purposes, such requests need to be submitted to the At-Large CROPP Review Team at least 8 weeks before the proposed travel takes place.
The composition of this working group is controlled via the ALAC Subcommittee on Outreach and the ALAC Subcommittee on Finance and Budget.
