  Avri Doria:yes, the only way to repeat having the same conversations over and over again is to point to where the sdiscussion was had.  Then future conversations can start from where others ended.

  Avri Doria:For example: my current topic of the day.  I am told that there were exptensive and complete discussions on At-Large suffreage on voting for the Board seat 15.  How would I find all of the discussion.

  Avri Doria:i am sure i can find other xamples, but generally the point is, you never know what subject you are going to need to review the history for.  No subject is ever closed, not should it be for in a dynamic organization, circumstances change and the right solution evolves over time.  we nee to go back to review old stuff, and it needs to be organized as history.
