Update for the July 2014 ALAC Meeting

(incorporating previous reporting for 2014 to date)

The first next meeting of the WG/SC for 2014 will be held in August at a time to be determined by doodle.

A brief update to the Community was presented  during the ICANN London #50 Meeting in ALAC Working Session II at around 1800 hrs UTC on Tuesday 24th June see At-Large Sub-Committee on Metrics (17:55-18:05) - Cheryl Langdon-Orr

No Teleconference Meetings of the WG/SC was held between the Singapore Meeting #49 and the London #50 Meeting held in June, however during this time the WT leaders continued working directly with the Regional Communities (RALOs and ALSes) on the socialization and development of Metrics and mechanisms proposed for recording and measurement, resulting in a new focus on and adoption of performance expectations and Metrics for ALSes and RALO Leadership in the Rules reviews for the RALOs being carried out over this time and post June.

The 1st major Community Update was held in a reporting session on February 6th at 1700 UTC meetings page link will be found <here> when set up and followed by a reporting session to the community during the ICANN #49 Public Meeting to be held in Singapore, on Sunday 23rd March
