•  Silvia Vivanco to add the topic of the FY24 Operating Plan and Budget to the call of 5 January. 
•  Members are to begin discussions on the FY24 Operating Plan and Budget on the workspace At-Large Workspace: Draft FY24–28 Operating & Financial Plan and Draft FY24 Operating Plan & Budget
