00:18:59 Jonathan Zuck: A workgroup variant...
00:19:55 Michelle DeSmyter - ICANN Org: Welcome Maureen
00:20:24 Michelle DeSmyter - ICANN Org: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1MU6R8LPL0JZ2uH4-zvlwmVJrU7VLcrGvpwkqkuJzgHo/edit#gid=23073966
00:21:32 Jonathan Zuck: Perhaps implement a few of them? That will make the line shorter...
00:21:42 Maureen Hilyard: lol
00:25:59 Vanda Scartezini - Brazil: Makes sense Cheryl. if the board rejected then will not be applicable
00:26:57 Maureen Hilyard: transparency aspect is appropriate - leaving them in the list
00:27:37 Vanda Scartezini - Brazil: lets find a color for those
00:28:03 Olivier Crépin-Leblond: for some reason the "new" spreadsheet required me to ask for access
00:28:25 Olivier Crépin-Leblond: I have asked for access
00:28:33 Susie Johnson: No, Cheryl.
00:29:47 Maureen Hilyard: Agree with JZ - reference the different status of the issues in the status column
00:32:58 Jonathan Zuck: Sure. Any time there is more than one status that a row could have, it should be a new column
00:33:29 Jonathan Zuck: Or put them at the end
00:34:40 DANIEL K. NANGHAKA: I thing if we do clustering it will contribute greatly
00:34:50 DANIEL K. NANGHAKA: *think
00:35:04 Vanda Scartezini - Brazil: + 1 Daniel
00:38:37 Jonathan Zuck: Oooh, fruit based!
00:39:03 Jonathan Zuck: I think Mangos should be the highest priority
00:39:41 Heidi Ullrich: Tomorrow’s OFB/Plannnig workshop will include a discussion on prioritisation tools.
00:41:35 Jonathan Zuck: We can build a kind of “UI” to this sheet
00:42:29 DANIEL K. NANGHAKA: JZ there are lots of ideas for ranking
00:43:11 DANIEL K. NANGHAKA: I was looking at Apples ranking highest in Africa otherwise, let's cluster and rank
00:44:01 Jonathan Zuck: Spreadsheets can become overwhelming quickly.
00:45:18 Jonathan Zuck: I think we can safely reprioritize all of the WS2 recs since there shouldn’t have been a WS2. ;)
00:45:48 Olivier Crépin-Leblond: I vote for varying levels of angry dragons -> urgency
00:46:02 Vanda Scartezini - Brazil: a believe urgency criterium is good but not before we have a full view on what is hight
00:46:28 Vanda Scartezini - Brazil: high
00:47:29 Olivier Crépin-Leblond: agree with Konathan to split them
00:48:10 Olivier Crépin-Leblond: for ease of users being able to order them on the fly
00:51:00 Olivier Crépin-Leblond: +1 to Jonathan
00:52:17 Jonathan Zuck: Reorganizing our data, based on how we want to look at it is VERY dangerous
00:55:03 Jonathan Zuck: So we need to normalize the data
00:55:08 Olivier Crépin-Leblond: +1 Jonathan - dangerous for data integrity. Having the separate columns was that you can sort by characteristic of a single column using the "sort" option
00:55:21 Susie Johnson: See, we can add the columns to the other Recs.
00:55:22 DANIEL K. NANGHAKA: I hope 1,2,3 does not become repeatitive, it may blow up our data
00:55:33 Cheryl Langdon-Orr: Indeed @OCL
00:57:16 Olivier Crépin-Leblond: you can also have a "main spreadsheet" and "input spreadsheets" that are linked dynamicaly --- which means than when you amend the input spreadsheets, this changes the data in the main spreadsheet. Then the main spreadsheet can have its rows sorted according to the characteristics of a single column
00:57:34 Olivier Crépin-Leblond: it's called dynamic crossed tables
00:58:08 Sébastien Bachollet: Yes @ OCL
00:58:09 Maureen Hilyard: Need to step away for a bit...
00:58:26 DANIEL K. NANGHAKA: cross tabulations I think
00:58:35 Cheryl Langdon-Orr: Data integrity issue @JZ
01:05:43 Heidi Ullrich: She is!!
01:05:57 DANIEL K. NANGHAKA: she is awesome
01:06:12 Heidi Ullrich: :)
01:06:14 Vanda Scartezini - Brazil: Appluding Susie
01:07:49 Vanda Scartezini - Brazil: agree with sebastien. there are too many highs

01:19:25 Vanda Scartezini - Brazil: agree can be treated with different criterium
01:19:58 Vanda Scartezini - Brazil: tie line of the implementation
01:20:11 Vanda Scartezini - Brazil: may be a criterium
01:25:05 Susie Johnson: Will do, Cheryl.
