Evan: Outreach needs to be applied to the objection process. Bring the community into the program, applicant support and objection process has been masively underused.
Theory Formation webpage was launched.
Avri: Charter: Broaden the Charter and ask ALAC for its blessing
Thoery Formation goes into background. Authors still solicited, but it will be revisted after the survey (idea to be floated on the WG list for confirmation)
Survey: Yaovi took the lead

Avri suggested more fleshing out of questions

We have the offer from Heidi to get staff help to reach further with the survey.
We will have at least a first draft of the survey in Beijing. Including the notion of how do we do outreach.
