  • Staff to change the WG name on wiki as "At-Large Social Media WG" and create a new mailing list  
  • WG members, in coordination with staff, to execute strategies for promoting #ATLAS2 
  • WG members, as well as reporters from the ATLAS II communications WG and RALO secretariats, to provide Skype handles and to be added to the At-Large Social Media Skype Group
  • Staff to send out a doodle poll for a potential call on Tue 03 June as an alternative to the usual Thursday call
