  • Heidi Ullrich to invite Jana and Duncan to share about the social media practice and guidance in At-Large and ICANN especially pertaining to intellectual property issues (e.g. should RALOs have their own handles) based on John's details
  • SM WG to consider formally asking the ICANN Communications Dept to offer guidance on SM guidelines
  • Ariel Liang to send the social media strategy document to the At-Large list & wiki workspace links for ITEMS recommendations
  • John Laprise to draft a message to encourage RALOs to distribute content to be promoted on At-Large social media channels
