Heidi Ullrich 2:The pre-condition of completing the survey was also in place for the first summit
Dev Anand Teelucksingh:So ALS-Survey and capacity building questions in one survey ; ATLAS II survey - two surveys similiar in concept to ATLAS I - as a condition for attending the summit, ALSes must answer both sets of surveys
