Glenn McKnight:On ADIGO for better audio
  Evin Erdogdu:Welcome all!
John Laprise:While a nice improvement, this is not particularly strong: These are my stats for APR 2017 per Twitter Analytics: SUMMARY Tweets 358; Tweet impressions182K; Profile visits 3,712; Mentions 134 New followers 342
Glenn McKnight:We need to capture  John's suggestions
Glenn McKnight:Perhaps the top ten list of suggestions
Glenn McKnight:Can we go back to the other side
Glenn McKnight:We need to capture the action item
  Glenn McKnight:1. Staff allocation Who?
Ariel Liang:Thanks John for the suggestion! I am a redditor myself but didn't think of using it to source for Internet issues
  John Laprise:Followers are more important.
John Laprise:More eyes likely on the tweet
John Laprise:People also filter twitter content by number of followers
  Harold Arcos:+1 @Jhon
John Laprise:RTs are a result of having many followers... :)
  John Laprise:Statistical serendipity
  Ariel Liang:@John - that's true (correlated)
  Glenn McKnight:Publication
Glenn McKnight:This was the Copenhagen magazine
Glenn McKnight:Running the  Analytics on the magazine
John Laprise:That shouldn't be a problem...social media aggregation tools can handle that.
John Laprise:At large might send a mass email to all at large list serves with links to like/follow all at large social media accounts and a request to like/follow.
  Olivier MJ Crépin-Leblond:is that $spamming?
Ariel Liang:Yes I have been using that function too in Buffer :)
John Laprise: @Olivier no $. just an ask in service to at large
  Mario Aleman:Indeed. Thanks, Ariel
  Evin Erdogdu::)
  Glenn McKnight:Ok
Glenn McKnight:Erin and Mario and now my apprentice phtogaphers
Mario Aleman:I will give you credits for your photos, Glenn
Glenn McKnight:You must have a  backup drive to take my stock of pics and
  Mario Aleman::)
  John Laprise:Storify
  Glenn McKnight:Thanks
Mario Aleman:a back up drive every day during ICANN meetings!
Glenn McKnight:You brought up another issue Mario on published materials. ie. ICANN Outreach Booth pictures  no photo credits
  Glenn McKnight:Bad form
John Laprise:Absolutely...top tweets/threads of the day from twitter
Mario Aleman:I just read that. Sad news.. We probably need to word it out during the Fellowship sessions
Glenn McKnight:I don't expect that  tweets using my pics use my name as photocredit
Mario Aleman:I think people is not aware of that yet but we can start making campaigns of media rights
  Glenn McKnight:Its theft
Glenn McKnight:Fair use is one thing but its good form to do photo credit
Mario Aleman:You know that, people sometimes consider theft when you take pictures of them without permission?
  Mario Aleman:That's another issue
Mario Aleman:For some people, for others not..
  Glenn McKnight:perhaps
Glenn McKnight:I delete any picture if a person identifies that they don't want their picture distributed.  If you recall we now have a photo and video disclaimer at the registration
Glenn McKnight:Before they didn't do this
Glenn McKnight:At our  NARALO GA  not one good picture was taken of me speaking at the evnet by all the photographers,  People need at least one good picture for their facebook etc
Mario Aleman:Yes, Indeed. Glenn. People is always looking for good pictures
Glenn McKnight:I sent an email to Jennifer at ARIN to request a call on their  wrap up ideas
Glenn McKnight:Suggestion that we need to diversify our content to include the  CROPP trips tweets
Heidi Ullrich:HI All, it would be great if we could also use the language skills of our community in our Tweets
Heidi Ullrich:This would show the global and linguistic diversity of At-Large
Heidi Ullrich:This is esp the case during ICANN meetings - we could Tweet much more in the local/regional languages.
Heidi Ullrich:We will be in Abu Dhabi in Oct/Nov and then the next three meetings will be in Spanish speaking countries. Great opportunities!
Glenn McKnight:Glenn, Happy help as we’re able. I think you also met Erin Scherer at our meeting as well who I’ve copied in here. She’s ARIN’s new Social Media and Outreach Coordinator who has been working to encourage more participation and engagement on social media.
