Adam Peake:some email apps remove the footers that often include subscribe information. Mail headers that also often include the same subscribe information very often have default setting showing only sender, cc, subject..
Alan Greenberg:I am sure we are not clear on what is required and and perhaps our requirements need revision.

Alan Greenberg:For all lists, people can request unsubscription on the web. No one needs to send an e-mail to do so.
