  • Ariel Liang to follow up with Seun, Tijani, and Daniel about the specific sessions/time that they will be speaking and obtain remote participation information
  • Ariel Liang to find out the ICANN staff that are going to be in AIS' 16 and will coordinate with them to get photos/videos of At-Large members (Piere, Yaovi, etc.) 
  • Seun Ojedeji, Daniel Khauka Nanghaka, and Tijani Ben Jemaa to find volunteers on the ground that can help tweet and take photos 
  • Seun Ojedeji to let Ariel know when the agenda is published
  • Ariel Liang to set up a Skype group between Seun/Tijani/Daniel/Dev and other AFRALO attendees in AIS/ 2016
  • After the agenda is published, Ariel Liang to create a spreadsheet of sessions with At-Large assignees to take photos and tweet 
  • Ariel Liang to contact Aziz about sending a message to Afri-discuss mailing list and finding out who else from AFRALO are going to attend AIS; Ariel Liang to add those members to the Skype group 
  • Once the agenda is published and spreadsheet is created, Ariel Liang/ Dev Anand Teelucksingh to organize another call with additional volunteers (if needed)
