• The target audience is Community Members. We need to: check appropriateness of technologies used in At-Large, train RALOs on them to ensure information gets to the general public.
  • On the Wiki page, several items need to appear, all these items need to be translated individually:

1)      A tools catalogue

Confluence guide and AC guide exist, needs to be done for email, confluence, Skype.

2)      A user guide pending on what plateform is being used

Apple, Ipad, issues with Flash

3)      A user guide to mailing lists

First, regarding content in order to better facilitate translation. Second, a warning of risk regarding distribution of correspondence amongst the lists. This could be linked to clear, precise guidance lines in regards to etiquette and consequences in the Code of Conduct. Content of Code of Conduct needs to be clearly defined.

4)      Archives

Clear capture of material to avoid loss due to movement of recordings for instance and broken links. A way to export all At-Large chats (Skype, Webex) to a textfile on the Workspace needs to be found. (A.I. Matt)

Each ALs could have its own recording page for example and chose to post there transcriptions and recordings, as well as meeting dates.
