Issues noted regarding content of At-Large Working Groups and recommendations

Difficult to determine what was the latest activity of the WG when viewing the wiki page of a WG, especially for observers.

There should be a "latest updates" section on the main wiki page of a WG. Confluence wiki supports the concept of "Labels". Labels are user-defined tag words assigned to pages to categorise content in Confluence.

Given labels are user defined and the importance of consistency,

• there should be a wiki page for labels used by At-Large documenting all the labels used.
• Each Working Groups should have its own label.

Consistency

Inconsistency regarding workspaces - some are child pages under the WG page and some are put under the At-Large Workspaces "Space"

Unclear rationale for use of separate "Documents" and "Resources", especially for those WGs  with workspaces
