- Staff to organize a BCEC/ABSdt a debrief teleconference in mid-December. (note: The Secretariat’s meeting indicated a need for RALO input into this issue. Therefore, it may be useful to schedule the BCEC/ABSdt call later to allow for this.)

ALAC Policy Discussion Meetings (07.12.10):
DSSR WG – Update on Charter:
o Having more data driven for decisions.
o Placeholder. First meeting expected early January. We need a fairly high level of discussion.
o AI: Chair of the ALAC will be co-chair and start short-listing for members (to inform them)
Policy Drafting:
- AG to draft brief ALAC statement on Proposed Bylaws Amendments on Board Member Term Transitions. AG to have it later on Tuesday. It will be ratified during session later on Tuesday.

- Compliance staff to respond in writing to remaining questions.

Wrap-Up Session (09.12.10):
Staff to count exact number of countries in which ALSes exist.
At-Large/ALAC and staff to work with Legal to develop standard operating procedures – mechanisms for communications. At-Large Improvements WT issues are related to this.
CMR will produce a detailed review of translation of lists by SF Meeting.
