Proposal writing to the Canadian Federal Government in order to secure funding for N-CAP in order to maintain a network of telecentres.  This entails general accounting expertise; organization of multiple funding agreements; supervision of telecentres across Nunavut; advisory position for community ITC concerns, adult IT education; promotion of adoption of IT.
