Heidi Ullrich:Given that the At-Large process for the CROPP has several steps, could there be a template (possible online) that all concerned need to use and check off as they complete their specific task(s)?
Glenn McKnight:Yes, imputs and outputs at each stage
Glenn McKnight:in Naralo the travellers have completed the form, The CROPP RT rieviews and if missing we ask about registration, travel, hotel etc

Glenn McKnight:The timelines are important for staff we can't have people putting in submissions with too short timelines ie. 3 or 4 weeks
