- Silvia Vivanco to create a workspace comparing RALO bylaws on ALS criteria. Alan's Paper will be posted and all RALOs will be requested to comment it.
At-Large FY16 Special Request for the ALAC
AI: RALO Chairs and ALT will discuss the objective, materials required and implementation details.
- One day ALAC Development Session for the 15 members of the ALAC, both continuing and incoming members, at the end of the ICANN 54 Meeting on Friday, 16 October.

- 1. At-Large FY16 Special Budget Request for a Pilot program for real time captioning of Adobe Connect Workspace. This is a pilot program of captioning for 3 RALO and/or ALAC monthly meetings, and/or 3 Working Group meetings or webinars over one year.
- Staff to organize the Task force to implement the At-Large FY16 Special Budget Request for a Pilot program for real time captioning of Adobe Connect Workspace.
APRALO is in support of this program, Gunela already responded and Raf Fatani as well. Beran expressed support.
AFRALO: HU the proposal will be rejected due to error in submission to MAG.
- 1. When we have a request for an IGF request we need a backup . (Raf Fatani).
- 2. Fatima: requirement is that the speakers should be selected and confirmed in advance.
