Siranush Vardanyan:my concern is that who will evaluate all the sheets, it's time consuming, thus the one evaluation for all webinars participation and their effectiveness would be appropriate
Maureen Hilyard:perhaps a short evaluation at the end of each of the sessions could be expected - about what they got out of the session - as an online form
Siranush Vardanyan:or this evaluation can be included in the whole ATLAS II evaluation, where the question about how effective where pre-webinars for participants to be ready for the Summit itself

Siranush Vardanyan:my opinion is that all topics are covered and well decided. The matter here is active participation, which is my concern due to the big number of webinars during a short period of time, though I understand that we don't have other options for timing
Nathalie Peregrine:Regarding the evaluation, as all webinars will be in the AC room, we could use the AC room polling feature at the end of the webinars to take a quick survey?
Siranush Vardanyan:very good idea, Nathalie, at the end of each webinar to take the survey can be asked, and people will have fresh memory to take the survey and evaluate it
Maureen Hilyard:The times are also not very good for some people (3am for me) at the 1300UTC sessions
Siranush Vardanyan:attendance should be highlited, it should be mentioned in the invitation, people should know that we will count who is present who is not :)
