AI (Completed):on social media strategy :work with Matt from At-Large Staff to begin publishing content that would normally be distributed by At-Large staff
AI: (Completed) To invite ICANN Social Media Strategy to the next TTF call.
AI: (completed) To invite Chris Gift and Jim Trengrove to the TTF Meeting in Beijing (15 mins max)
AI (ongoing) : TTF and At-Large Staff to work together on prioritising Improvement of Content ideas, and decide which one to implement. (https://community.icann.org/x/yg4eAg)
AI (ongoing): TTF must evaluate and review tools used by At-Large and inform ICANN of the situation regarding accessibility
AI: DAT to write a one pager on the Adobe Connect room with frequent issues and solutions, to post in AC room for first time users. Will post to TTF mailing list for feedback, then to RALOs
AI: Staff to place a link to At-Large WG Portal in the gateway box on the WIKI.
AI: Dev to send a note to the RAlOs/ALAC -Announce asking them what they would like to review during the TTF Training Session in Beijing.
AI: Lance to create a template for structuring information in the Technology Workspace .
AI: Gordon to put together Special Notes needed to connect tablets to AC rooms for first time Android users to AC.
AI: Write to Outreach and Capacity building WG to make use of At Large social media strategy ; developing glossary of terms to be put on wiki for ease of reference
