Development of Schedule and Task Responsibilities
4. Setting out the Timetable for the Showcase Event (5 minutes) (Rudi/Staff)
Speakers confirmation deadline: 4 June 2010
Rod, Dennis and Jean-Jacques - Heidi to invite (will invite Rod once Antti is confirmed).
Yrjö to invite Antti.
Cheryl is confirmed to attend.
Sponsors will be given 5 minutes to speak between the Board Members.
Schedule reviewed.

5. Update on Recent Sponsorship Activities and Next Steps
Update on sponsorship activities since the last call
Olivier has been speaking with Dessi regarding sponsorship of Afilias. However, they are sponsoring a lunch for the ccNSO for the same day so may be difficult to have them sponsor the Showcase. However, Dessi will look into possiblity of stretching the Afilias budget to see if Euro 2,000 can be spared for EURALO Showcase.
Christopher suggested finger sandwiches and bottled water.
Sebastien suggested the European local host as a possible source of sponsorship.
6. Update on Potential Speakers and Speaking Notes
Discussion on Rod's speaking role:
Sebastien stated that Europeans should be the focus of the Showcase.
Olivier noted that Rod should be invited and it is up to him if he chooses to accept.
Patrick suggested that other languages should be represented/recognized.
Rudi: Could include this in the speakers' guidelines.
Yrjö supports inviting Rod.
Rudi suggested inviting Rod as a means to recognize At-Large. His introduction should be brief, including what At-Large does for ICANN At-Large.
Olivier suggested Sebastien as master of ceremony.
Sebastien is happy to accept the role and also suggests Wolf and Rudi as alternatives.
8. Promotional Activities for the Showcase Event during Brussels Meeting
EURALO Brochures:
Olivier distributed all of his in Geneva and Barcelona.
Promotional flyer is nearing completion stages and Oliver has added that food will be provided.
9. Outreach to EURALO ALSes
ALSes can also bring posters, promotional items, etc.
