AFRALO
- Organization/applicant was not legitimate (either not incorporated as stated, or attempted to use name/identity of existing organization/ALS).
- Organization structure not compatible with being an ALS (i.e. government or corporate entity).
APRALO
- APRALO recommended applicant withdraw and apply to NPOC.
EURALO
- Organization/applicant was not legitimate.
