I am also worried about introducing time limits and quickly running through them. reviews are a, if not “the”, accountability measure. essentially, if done well a merged review would be double the work, or it would need to be rushed to finish in time.

10:48:37 From Vanda Scartezini : laurin - in one suggestion we are also given to each AC/SO the responsibility to review continuously themselves the reviews and implementation and keep those reported so when after some 7 years we do the overall reviews it will based on the reports made by the interested groups for instance
