Procedure for signing potential members up to At-Large include: 1) they will receive a pin or pen once they send a note to Daniel Nanghaka and staff signalling their interest; 2) a raffle with prize will be held for all people who sign up with an email to Daniel and staff.

OCL and Daniel Nanghaka to coordinate on a session to present to ATLAS III participants on At-Large outreach and engagement activities. This is to include an overview of O/E activities, noting material they may need to engage in O/E in their regions and a follow up plan.
