Non-Commercial Domain Name Holders Constituency

One , one of the original constituencies of the DNSO. It was created to bring together the interests of domain-name holders of a non-commercial nature such as universities, research institutions, clubs, churches, non-governmental organizations, etc. It was later transformed into the NCUC (Non-Commercial Users Constituency) which in turn was complemented by the NPOC (Not-for-Profit Operational Concerns Constituency) which groups together non-profit stakeholders oriented to issues that are not the focus of the NCUC:.
