  Dev Anand Teelucksingh:1) Information submitted by the RALO and received by the CROPP RT is reviewed and commented on by all CROPP RT members.
  Dev Anand Teelucksingh:2) The regional CROPP RT members brings any suggested changes/concerns to the RALO's attention and update the Trip Proposal along with any new information/changes added by the RALO (if any) to the trip proposal to the CROPP RT's attention.
  Dev Anand Teelucksingh:3) Once no further adjustments needed or concerns raised by CROPP RT, then the regional CROPP RT members will forward to the ICANN's regional VP for Stakeholder Engagement for his/her approval. The VP's approval should be forwarded to the CROPP RT email list for the record.
  Dev Anand Teelucksingh:4) regional CROPP RT members then files the approved travel request to the ICANN's CROPP wiki.
