MH to broaden the participation  of the FBSC when making the next call for the FBSC after ICANN66 to include MemberMH to asking the RALO leaders to confirm their regional Membershighlight to the incoming/continuing RALO leaders that the FBSC will need new Members and Participants after ICANN66.  Any current Member who is no longer in a leadership position is encouraged to stay on as a Participant.
