Pop-Up Banners

Develop pop-up banners for ALAC/At-Large, AFRALO, APRALOEURALO, EURALO LACRALO and LACRALO NARALO (NARALO APRALO  pop-up banner exists)

Status: Staff have asked RALO leaders and the ALAC to approve their pop-up banners - as requested by the ATLAS II PR WG call of 24/04/2014.

Status Update on 9 May: All RALOs have approved pop up banners. RALOs have sent in their design ideas and slogans. QR codes have been added. RALOs are reviewing the draft designs. Print date is 13 May. ALAC have agreed to their banner - 16 May.

Status: A certificate  was  developed and presented to the ATLAS II PR WG on their call of 8 May 2014.  Revisions are being made.
