2022-12-21 At-Large Consolidated Policy Working Group (CPWG)

•  Michelle Desmyter to schedule next CPWG call on 4 January 2023, 19-20:30 UTC. 
•  Steinar Grøtterød to prepare and circulate a document to collect feedback on Transfer Policy PDP Phase 1A Initial Report (final report).
•  Gregory Shatan and Alan Greenberg to circulate examples on Closed Generics. 
•  Chantelle Doerksen and Sarah Kiden to create a Google doc from the GGP's Google Sheet to collect feedback on the proposed framework. GGP assigned this as homework for the WG representatives and At-Large will work with Sarah to provide a position for At-Large. 
•  Chantelle Doerksen to request SubPro ODA chats to be posted to the webinars call materials community space. (Response from org: Zoom chats can be accessed via the Zoom recording links, on the left-hand side when viewing the Zoom recording.)
•  Lianna Galstyan and Hadia Elminiawi continue to work on draft statement for CPWG and ALAC consideration on the Initial report on the ccNSO PDP Review Mechanism Public Comment proceeding. 
•   Jonathan Zuck , Hadia Elminiawi , Gregory Shatan  & Alan Greenberg , Sarah Kiden , Justine Chew , Christopher Wilkinson, Chantelle Doerksen  SubPro ODA research project: to continue review and comparison of SubPro ODA to ALAC Advice for alignment. Decision needed as to next steps ahead of Board Workshop (19 January) and for ICANN76 planning.

•  Michelle Desmyter to schedule next CPWG call on 21 December, 13-14:30 UTC. 

Public Comment

•  Staff to open statement on Initial report on the ccNSO PDP Review Mechanism proceeding.
•  Staff to create workspace for Draft FY24–28 Operating & Financial Plan and Draft FY24 Operating Plan & Budget proceeding. 
•  Yrjo Lansipuro confirmed that no statement will be drafted on the Final Report from the EPDP on Specific Curative Rights Protections for IGOs proceeding. 

2022-12-07 ​​At-Large Consolidated Policy Working Group (CPWG)

•  ALAC to identify replacement for Tijani Ben Jemaa as ALAC appointed representative to the GPP. Sarah Kiden to remain as alternate. 
•  Lianna Galstyan and Hadia Elminiawi to determine if the ALAC will proceed with developing a Public Comment statement on the Initial report on the ccNSO PDP Review Mechanism Public Comment proceeding.
•  Michelle Desmyter to schedule next CPWG call on 14 December, 19-20 UTC. Call will end at 20 UTC (after 60 minutes) to accommodate the SubPro ODA webinar. 

2022-11-30 ​​At-Large Consolidated Policy Working Group (CPWG)

•  

  Ongoing: Tijani Ben Jemaa  and Sarah Kiden should be supported by participants into formulating what the ALAC wants out of Applicant support, and specifically "What is 'success' in applicant support?"

•  Postponed - for 7 December call or after: CPWG should discuss options: (a) a closed group of people that could discuss this with Tijani Ben Jemaa and Sarah Kiden (i.e., a Skype Group of the same type as the EPDP on IDNs skype group) and (b) a future CPWG call where Applicant Support is given a 30 minute slot to discuss Applicant Support.
•  Lianna Galstyan and Hadia Elminiawi to continue discussions on the Initial report on the ccNSO PDP Review Mechanism Public Comment proceeding.
•  Chantelle Doerksen and Alan Greenberg to submit revised ALAC statement on Registration Data Consensus Policy for gTLDs to include a note that NIS2 requires thick Whois by 5 December deadline.
  •  Jonathan Zuck to hold a consensus call with the ALAC on the statement.
•  Michelle Desmyter to schedule next CPWG call on 07 December at 13:00 UTC.

2022-11-23 ​​At-Large Consolidated Policy Working Group (CPWG)

•  Chantelle Doerksen to add the topic of NIS2 to the CPWG agenda on the 7 December call. 
•  Chantelle Doerksen to find the CPWG call where Justine Chew has invited recipients of the Applicant Support for her SubPro update and forward the details of this call to Tijani & Sarah
•

•  Ongoing: Chantelle Doerksen and Alan Greenberg to collaborate on creating a revised ALAC statement on Registration Data Consensus Policy for gTLDs that includes a note that NIS2 requires thick Who-Is to the already submitted. 
•  Pending: Chantelle Doerksen and Claudia Ruiz to work with Jonathan Zuck on holding a consensus call on the revised ALAC Statement on Registration Data Consensus Policy for gTLDs and submitting it prior to the extended deadline of 5 December.
