Renata Aquino Ribeiro:a question for cheryl - self identification has been flagged as an important path for diversity policies - is that currently taking into account in icann and what can one expect in addressing this? I. e. one can self identify as transgender or gender non conforming, there's also vulnerable populations, indigenous etc.
