1 incomplete and to review the interviews and identify potential themes for the website (the themes will be part of the project charter). 2 incomplete and to set up a work session and complete the first draft of the project charter.  3 complete to inform Dev and Olivier about the making of the project charter and later ask them to comment on the draft.  4 incomplete to figure out the requirement of project management and try to identify a person from the web team to be the project manager (possibly Kyle?).  5 incomplete to identify the 3rd community member to be on the task force.
