Following the Action Items, the working group will start developing the Strategic Framework for capacity building

4. Develop Strategic Framework post 19th February, 2013
5. Prepare options for funding options by March - [Dev and Tijani]
6. Work alongside APRALO Capacity Building Coordinator Maureen to see if they need assistance for APRALO Capacity Building
